A digital security is what it says, a security. The token is just a method of distribution, the same as traditional paper investment and a subscription agreement.

With that in mind, we allow for investments to be delivered in tokens (the owner has tangible ownership of the tokens in their wallet. They are in control of sale on the secondary market), or in paper (you will sign and hold a copy of the subscription agreement).

Both options provide the same benefits. If investing through traditional paper, the company will hold aside your proportionate share of the tokens (this represents your ownership of the finite amount of tokens . If you ever wish to liquidate your position, the company will facilitate that. Simple as that.

No you do not need to have an INX account to participate in the offering. You can deal directly with the Treasure Experience in respect to your investment. Onboarding will be done through direct communication with Treasure Experience and INX.

However, having an INX account would allow you provide your compliance documents right on the INX website. Once the secondary market opens, it will be on INX. Thus having an account already on INX will allow you to immediately be able to participate in the secondary market.

If you already have an INX account, you have no additional work to do. If you are already approved for investing by INX, you will not need to submit new documents (unless INX requires an annual update). You will make your purchase directly though Treasure Experience on this site.

Once tokens are minted, they will be provided to your INX whitelisted wallet.
